So please do not commit any action which will cause damage to our servers our reputation. No trial and error, testing of programs or scripts on our servers. We provide free utilities and support for even the most elementary requirements. 99.9 percent of the webmasters' requirements are generally available with us free of cost. If you need something extra or in doubt please ask us. We always have accommodated all our clients far beyond our promises and what is given in the contract.

Please do not Spam
Spamming whether intentional or unintentional through your website or email ids will result in immediate termination of your web hosting account with no refunds. If you have any complaints or comments regarding Spam on our network, please contact us.
 
 
Content Policy
Please do not host any kind of information or data in violation of the laws of USA / India like copyrighted material, trademark, intellectual property, threatening or terrorist activity related or pornography, pirated software, warez sites. Any action causing damage to us will result in immediate account deactivation without prior notice. No refund is given in this case.

CPU resources
Please do not host scripts or programs which consume heavy resources. We can maintain the low cost of hosting only with your continued cooperation.

Backups
We will not carry out any backups of the data content of the websites due to virus related problems. Your are fully responsible for your website. Before you delete or modify your website please ensure that you have a backup.

Indemnification Policy
In no event shall the company be liable for any kind of loss including loss of profits, loss of data, injury to person or property or any other kind of damage caused to the customer. The Customer agrees totally defend, indemnify, save and hold us harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims against us.

Refund Policies
