we give you ample opportunity of 30 days to try out our services and
support and completely satisfy yourself before you pay for the same.
Our refund policies are as follows
For shared hosting: For all payments made by credit card full refund
within first 30 days of usage. After 30 days no refunds will be issued.
For reseller hosting: For all payments made by credit card full refund
within first 30 days of usage. After 30 days no refunds will be issued.
All Payment via credit card will be taken on an automated recurring basis.
If you wish to discontinue then you would need to intimate us before your
card is charged ie the date of commencement of your hosting contract every
month.
Domain registration : No refunds will be issued.
Web certificates : No refunds will be issued.
